Up to 3 month before the arrival date, both parties may cancel the reservation
without any resulting cancellation costs.
The whole amount will be charged also if guests arrive later or leave earlier than reservated.
Cancellation between 3 month and 1 month before the arranged arrival date,
3 days will be charged.
Concellation 1 month and later before the agreed upon arrival date the complete
amount will be charged if there is no possibility of renting the apartment otherwise.
The prepayment will be deducted from the cancellation fee.
